Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra safety precautions when it comes to cleaning the units this year. We require 3 days to allow any germs to die in the house before our teams enter to do a full clean. This means we will be cleaning all units on Monday, May 4th 2020 and Tuesday May 5th, 2020.
If you are looking to move in on Friday, May 1st 2020, you can access the unit at 3pm. I will send you the new door code on that day. The house will be broom swept only, as we are avoiding any possibility of exposure to the virus. We suggest moving in after we complete the full clean.
If that is NOT an option for your current situation, and you have to move in on May 1, please organize all of your belongings in one spot of your room/living room so our teams can come in 3 days later to do the full clean.
If you have to move in on May 1 and plan on sleeping in the unit on May 1, you need to understand the risks of entering before we sanitize. Please do not take the chance unless you absolutely have to.
Our recommended move in date is Wednesday, May 6th 2020.
We understand that this is not ideal, but it isn’t ideal for us either. We do not want to risk the health and safety of you and your families, or us and our families.

Due to COVID-19, we need to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and the new tenants moving in.
If you are moving out, you need to be out by midnight on Thursday April 30th, 2020 as that is the last date on your lease agreement. Despite any previous communication, we cannot accommodate any late move outs.
As for your obligation-
If your entire house is leaving, you need to make sure the entire unit is FULLY cleared out. This means, all food, garbage, toiletries, clothes, dishes, couches, chairs. EVERYTHING needs to be removed. Nothing should be left in the house.
If only a few tenants are moving out, and some tenants are staying it is your obligation as the tenants LEAVING to clean your room and your bathroom of ALL belongings. Again, this means all food, garbage, toiletries, clothes, dishes, couches, chairs. EVERYTHING needs to be removed.
For tenants staying in the house, you need to make sure that before your roommates leave, that the house is clean (ie kitchen, living room and shared bathrooms.) You need to make room for all new tenants coming in.
