Between kitchen appliances, grooming tools, entertainment devices, cleaning equipment, and light bulbs, it can be easy to not realize how many things we have plugged in—until a fuse is blown, that is. 

To avoid blowing a fuse, try not to use multiple, high energy consuming items at the same time.

At any time, a light bulb can burn out, but it is an easy fix. 

Use this video to walk you through how to change a light bulbs in your ceiling light. 

If there is a light bulb that needs to be changed and requires a large ladder, please use the maintenance request form. This should be the only time you require our assistance when changing a light bulb.

We have wired in smoke/CO2 detectors. They run off of electricity, but they also have back up batteries. We change the batteries every Spring, however, your alarm may chirp from time to time. It is either from these batteries being low, or because someone has pushed the "hush button."
