Please fill out the form for all non-emergency repairs and any day-to-day communication with our off

You can use this form for all non-emergency repairs. If you need a repair, need to report damage or just property maintenance, this is the best way to get help. Please avoid calling or texting unless it is an emergency.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY....

You can call/text Bryan at 289.257.0046 for all emergency repairs after hours (Mon-Fri 5pm and later, including Weekends.) Please refer to list below.

Emergency repairs:

- Flooding

- Fire

- The heating system is not working & it's cold outside

- The sewage system is backing up

- A short circuit in the wiring is creating a risk of fire

- The fridge isn't working

- Anything risking the safety of our tenants

Non-emergency repairs:

- Air conditioning isn't working

- A stove element is burnt out

- A sink is slowly draining

- A clogged toilet

- A minor leak or drip

- Fire alarm battery is beeping

- Dishwasher is not draining
- Disagreement with a roommate etc
