Please fill out the form for all non-emergency repairs and any day-to-day communication with our off

You can use this form for all non-emergency repairs. If you need a repair, need to report damage or just property maintenance, this is the best way to get help.

PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH PICTURES OF THE REPAIR/DAMAGE. WE WILL ASK FOR IT BEFORE SENDING SOMEONE OUT.

Please avoid calling or texting unless it is an emergency.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY....

You can call/text Bryan at 289.257.0046 for all emergency repairs after hours (Mon-Fri 5pm and later, including Weekends.) Please refer to list below.

Emergency repairs:

- Flooding

- Fire

- The heating system is not working & it's cold outside

- The sewage system is backing up

- A short circuit in the wiring is creating a risk of fire

- The fridge isn't working

- Anything risking the safety of our tenants

Non-emergency repairs:

- Air conditioning isn't working

- A stove element is burnt out

- A sink is slowly draining

- A clogged toilet

- A minor leak or drip

- Fire alarm battery is beeping

- Dishwasher is not draining
- Disagreement with a roommate etc
